    Upon signup you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire to help me understand your goals, circumstances, and preferences. We’ll talk through your fitness history and take a look at your current lifestyle and schedule. I’d like to learn why you feel motivated to change and what you want to achieve from our time together.

    Based on what I learn during your consultation, I will recommend a training package that best fits your needs.

  • FITNESS ASSESSMENT

    During your physical assessment, I will put you through a few exercises to help me understand your current physical health and capabilities. After the assessment, I will understand your unique needs and plan a training program that will bring you the most benefit.

  • During your training sessions, I will always provide you with a variety of exercises to ensure you never get bored or tired of the same routine. Communication is key - so we can always stay on top of your goals and your progress. We will have monthly check-ins to make any necessary adjustments to your training program.

PRIVATE TRAINING

SPECIFIC GOALS NEED SPECIFIC TRAINING.

Our private sessions are designed around your personal goals, current fitness level, and realistic commitment. Together, we’ll build strong exercise fundamentals and create a plan that fits your lifestyle.

Personal training sessions are 50 minutes and available multiple times throughout the week.

Perfect for clients who want focused, in-person coaching, value their time and privacy, and prefer to avoid overcrowded gyms.

    • Drop-In Session: $75

    • 4 sessions: $280

    • 8 sessions: $520

    • 12 sessions: $720

 

GROUP TRAINING

(For all fitness levels)

Just like our Private Training sessions, Group Training offers fully customized programming designed to help you reach your goals together.

This is a great way to stay motivated, share your fitness journey with a partner or friends, and make training more enjoyable while still receiving personalized coaching and guidance.

Many clients love the added accountability and energy that comes from training together — plus the benefit of splitting the cost.

  • Session Package Options:

    • Drop-In Session: $120

    • 4 sessions: $440

    • 8 sessions: $800

    • 12 sessions: $1,200

VIRTUAL TRAINING

Online coaching is the new age of personal training. Giving you the freedom and flexibility to train when it works for you. While getting all the benefits of having a personal trainer for guidance and motivation every step of the way.

This is perfect for clients who are more comfortable with training in their own home and clients who have a hectic schedule.
