"I have been training with Malynda for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. When I first started with her, I was unmotivated, down on myself and lacked self-esteem. She not only got me back into shape, but she got me my confidence back. She is extremely knowledgeable about training and nutrition. Weights, cardio, HIIT, boxing, running, you name it! She caters each plan specifically to your goals and your body and she works tirelessly to help ensure you meet your goals. I love working out with her because she not only pushes you to your limits, but makes it enjoyable.
