"I have been training with Malynda for a few years now and not only has she helped me and is still helping me achieve my body goals but she has helped me become confident in myself both physically and mentally. She has a vibrant and elevating personality that keeps you motivated and makes working out exciting. I can say no matter how tired I am at the end of the day I look forward to going to session and her giving me a kick ass workout whether is a HITT workout, boxing, strength training, or cardio.
